How it works
The order process
From first contact to confirmed order — a clear, straightforward process designed around your needs.
Interest
Client expresses interest in ARM-XR. Suitability for prosthetic use is assessed and, if necessary, a medical evaluation is recommended before purchase.
Evaluation
Your prosthetist collects your data, takes accurate measurements, completes and signs the Order Form, and submits it to Arma Lab.
Confirmation
The Order Form is reviewed and confirmed within 10 days. You receive a signed form, an estimated delivery date, and a pro forma invoice.
Payment
The order is finalised upon receipt of full payment. Orders can remain pending for up to 10 days. Production timeline is confirmed in the order confirmation.
